Merging PDF files

To merge some pdf file into one big file the simplest way is to use Ghostscript.

gs -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=out.pdf -f file1.pdf file2.pdf ... fileN.pdf
